Events

  • Jerusalem, including the Temple, are rebuilt. All inhabitants of Israel-Judah are offered the chance to convert to Temple Judaism or evacuating the country. The borders are then closed, presumably to keep the Temple holy.[1]
  • The Lunar Rational Front, opposed to any form of religion, begins assassinating religious leaders on Luna.[2]
  • Member nations of the major sectors on Luna sign the Lunar Unity Agreement.[3] One of the sections details the creation of the United Lunar Police Force.[4]

January

  • January 1: The President of Luna announces her "Bill of Rights." Unauthorized murder, any attempt to cause permanent harm, and damaging the structure or community of the Pit are all considered illegal. The President additionally gets a 5% cut of any transaction. Theoretically anything else is legal.[5]


August

  • August 1: The provision in the Lunar Unity Agreement covering simplified extradition laws is effective from this date forward.[3]
