  • 267 - 274: Queen Zenobia, the Fiery Queen of Palmyra, takes back Palmyra, and begins annexing Syria and Egypt using blatant acts of magic. However, she is captured and defeated by Aurelian (aided by Hermetics), who destroy Palmyra.[1][1]
