Arthur Chang, "Weaving Wheel" is a Glass Walker Theurge Master of the Rite for the Sept of the Council for Universal Trade[1].

Biography

Arthur grew up in a rich family. He was very shaken at his becoming, but since then he has learned to acclimate himself quite well. His skills at making friends had much to do with his learning Gifts and rites from nearly every Theurge on the island.

Appearance

In Lupus form, Arthur's coat runs molted with spots of black, brown and gray. In Homid form, Arthur's short, thin figure makes him appear non threatening.
