The Beach House is a house on a cliff by the beach in Santa Monica, near the Santa Monica Pier. It's used primarily as a site for producing and selling drugs. Given the ingredients and paraphernalia found around the house, it's probably a meth lab.
As a side effect of their chemical work, they also create chemical explosives like Astrolite.
The operation is run by Dennis.

- If you sneak around the back of the building, you can overhear the inhabitants of the building arguing. Subtitles label them as Carl, Al, and Mike. With Dennis inside and Brian Nilson guarding the front, this means the inhabitants of the Beach House are the Beach Boys: a band whose members have included Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Carl Wilson, Al Jardine, and Mike Love.
- If you shut off the power behind the house, you hear Al saying "I was just about to unlock Shen Long!" Sheng Long is probably the most well known hoax in all of fighting games. Based on a mistranslation of Shoryuken, one of Ryu's victory quotes in Street Fighter II says, "you must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance," leading many to believe that Sheng Long was a secret boss character. The accidental hoax later led to the creation of Akuma and Gouken.
