Black Oak Wilds

The Black Oak Wilds are an Arcadian realm ruled by the Iron Knight.

Background

Centered around a twisting stream, these woods endlessly chatter among themselves — whispers among the trees and flowers. The realm is abundant in goblin fruits, which tends to draw in the greedy; additionally, the Iron Knight hoards a great deal of treasure from those he has defeated. However, this trove is well guarded by the Knight, the malicious giant spiders that inhabit the woods, and the shifting wilds themselves.

The Black Oak Wilds eventually transition into the Hedge, and it is an easy mistake to wander in unintentionally. Those foolish enough to create Hollows nearby find that the whispers of the Wilds wind their way into the changelings’ dreams.
