Brooding Sky Sept
Brooding Sky Sept is a Shadow Lord caern located in Ukraine, along the border with Romania. It is composed of 30 Shadow Lords. They have fended off an attack from whatever force was draining other caerns, and claim to know what was behind it. However, they refuse to divulge the information, instead planning to use it to further their own ends.[1].
