Calligrapher

The Calligrapher, true name unknown, was an Ottoman scribe who, during Mehmet II's reign over Kostantiniyye, copied religious texts in which were encoded stories of the Fall and Descent of many Unchained. He appeared entirely unaware of this facet of his work.[1]

Though his ultimate fate is unknown, the Calligrapher became a person of significant interest to the Unchained community after he was discovered, with Unchained of all stripes arguing over whether to protect or silence him.[2]
