Cannibal Children of Barnstaple
The Cannibal Children of Barnstaple are those who answered the call of Windy Ridge prior to the Barnstaple Tragedy.
Overview

Composed primarily of those under seventeen and a fair number from seventeen to nineteen, these children heard the voice of Windy Ridge as it cried out in pain from the strip mining under which it suffered. The mountain, in its newfound consciousness, warned the children to hide and told them it loved them. Shortly thereafter, it sent an avalanche down to kill the entirety of the rest of Barnstaple.
Following the Tragedy, the children created and lived in tunnels within the mountain, spending their days worshipping it. Over time, however, the group's population has been shrinking. The mountain only can grab onto the minds of children, and the older children capable of pregnancy have usually met with miscarriages, so as time passes, the membership naturally wanes. Usually, those who age out are eaten by the others. The only exception is currently Regine Butler.
Known members include Regine Butler, her boyfriend Cody Bartlett, her sister Kimberley Butler, and her unnamed child.
