Carmen
Carmen is a Tremere antitribu member of the Black Hand. She has appeared as a Vampire: The Eternal Struggle card in the Sword of Caine set.
A Sabbat vampire with the same name and clan appears in the Werewolf: The Apocalypse book Rite of Passage as an NPC.[1][2]
