Carson Thews

Carson Thews is a mortal conspiracy theorist with the spiritual sensitivity to perceive the Shadow, the Gauntlet, spirits, and those possessed by spirits.[1]

Overview

“ I don't care if you don't believe me. I know what I know and I know what I've seen. ”

A firm believer in the malevolence and/or incompetence of the government, Thews hews to a wide array of conspiracy theories, most of which are utter nonsense.[1] His views on spirits, however, are remarkably accurate. He considers them aliens, yes, but in the sense of extradimensional beings who enter this reality from their own to possess mortals for inscrutable reasons — a belief that is not exactly incorrect.[1]

Thews keeps a set of sketchbooks and notepads in which he scribes the information he knows.[1] He freely distributes this information online and in bars (via fliers and posters), though the people to whom he speaks inevitably dismiss him as a conspiracy freak.[2]
