D. Marsh
D. Marsh was an LAPD officer who was monitoring the security room on the NZ Elizabeth Dane in late 2004, after it was discovered derelict. Officer Heinz told him he was needed on the bridge, leaving the security room free and allowing the prince's agent to investigate further.
According to his patient file in the Santa Monica Medical Clinic, Marsh suffered from frequent bouts of sexlexia.

- D. Marsh is a reference to David Marsh, one of the level builders on Bloodlines.
- Likewise, his compatriots Officer Heinz and Officer Anderson are likely named for Brock Heinz and Jason Anderson. Jacobson may be named after Scott Jacobson.
