Earl Cotten

Earl Cotten was a homid Bone Gnawer Ahroun who lived in the 19th century United States.

In the Wild West Rulebook's Example of Play, Earl Cotten is played by Fred[1].

Biography

From the White Wolf Website: Signature Characters (circa 1997):

"Earl Cotten: There's a certain stretch of hills in Utah where the creatures of the Wyrm don't care to go. That's because this ridge is under the protection of Earl Cotten, a catankerous mountain man hermit who's twice as dangerous as he looks - because he's actually a Bone Gnawer Ahroun. He prefers to deal with the local Indians rather than the "damn useless town rats" of the nearby settlements, but mostly keeps to himself, with only a seedy-looking wolf by way of company.

However, circumstances don't allow Earl to stay out of the fight for long. Although he doesn't care much for "civilized doin's," he is persuaded by Proud Speaker and Isaiah to lend the two of them a hand while they cross dangerous territory. Sure enough, trouble comes looking for the Garou, and wily old Earl has to start using his sixguns and talons before too long."
