Elijah Mansfield
Doctor Elijah Mansfield was a noted Fairest supremacist who lived in Victorian London. Due to his views, he was targeted by the Anti-Gentrification League, who murdered him while he was in bed with philanthropist Joanna Smythe. Following his death, the myriad changelings the doctor kept on his staff were forced into the workhouse.
