Background:

Elsa is the current steward of the Fairmount Park Conservatory. She was just a girl during the Reclamation and inherited her parent's love of the park and their prejudice toward its former inhabitants. Understandably, she has zero interest in returning the park to the umbrage of the wolves. She would sooner die than let those mongrels set foot back in her park. Contrarily, they have every interest in meeting that condition.

With new investors and that one-eyed bitch's bitch making moves in public, Elsa finds herself in a bind, one she can't shoot her way out of. While she's certainly more connected than the mangy critters, with enough numbers and pressure, they might actually make a case against her Conservatory. That us something she cannot abide.

Appearance:

Elsa is a reedy and stuck-up middle-aged woman. Platinum blonde hair crowns her head which she wears in many styles - likely to change between appearances and trips to the salon. She always dresses well and typically in light colors and whites; however, she will dress darkly as appropriate. While content among the Country Club set, Elsa is an accomplished hunter in both senses of the word. Despite her prim manner, she would be just as comfortable dropped a mile into the woods with a pack of matches and a buck knife.
