Frederick "Big Bills" Paul Leo the Fifth is a Homid Glass Walker.

He is extremely wealthy and provides for less fortunate Garou, owns a sizable chunk of South American rainforest, works in political circles to stiffen EPA regulations, and buys out corrupt corporations and attempts to restructure them into environmentally friendly ones. In 1987, he was forced into hiding when several of his mansions are simultaneously attacked by Black Spiral Dancers. The Ventrue covertly bought out a lot of his corporate holdings.[1]
