Hammer Security Response

The Hammer Security Response, also called God's Hammer, is a Pseudo-Christian mercenary army covertly founded by the Nephandi and thus serving their cause. Founded in the late 1980s by Col. Erik Rose Hammer, it gets deployed to trouble spots all over the world, especially places where Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, and other perceived infidels get restless, especially in the wake of September 11th.^[1]

The mercenary firm employs over 20,000 men and women, nearly all of them combat veterans from various wars, believing that the Second Coming is in progress and they’ll provide backup for Jesus Christ’s return. While most of those serving in their numbers sincerely believe they are furthering the Lord's will, the ones in charge of HSR are secretly serving the Nephandi.

While only few Hammer operatives have paranormal talents, they’ve got the best firepower money can buy, plus enough political clout and religious zeal to commit mass murder and get away with it. In third-world countries and urban disaster zones, the Hammer dregvati execute Nephandic plans while supposedly doing the Lord’s work.^[2]
