Background Information

• The ring has no in-game effect; it exists simply to be sold to vendors.
• While it varies per location, per bank, and per time (2024 limits will be different from 2004 limits), a common ATM withdrawal limit is $500 per day. A decently-priced ring, but not multiple thousands of dollars worth. A DeBeers commercial in the 1930s helped popularize the idea that an engagement ring should be worth two months' salary; this would definitely not qualify.
