Javier (CofD)
Javier was a Mexican meth cook living in the Georgian town of Macon. He worked alongside Tony and, like Tony, became trapped in the '57 Chevy when he attempted to use the spirit as a getaway vehicle while on the run from Officer Bill Ebberds.
