Biography

From the White Wolf Website: Signature Characters (circa 1997):

"Lloyd Fairweather: In the Savage West, not everyone of influence is a warrior or soldier. Lloyd Fairweather is, in his own words, "a simple man with enough of a dream to see a better way, and enough civility and savvy to show it to other folks." And to the ends of attaining that dream, Fairweather has acted as beneficiary and director to the Enlightened Society of the Weeping Moon. Under his guidance, the Society has given its members proper education, financial support in times of hardship, and political backing. Most hail him as one of the West's greatest humanitarians, especially regarding his insistence on "keeping the Society's doors open to all, whether man or woman, Christian or Jew, black, white, Indian or Chinaman." Many politicians try to curry his favor, and it's said that if he wanted it, Fairweather could have the Oval Office itself. Still, he laughs off such grandiose ambitions, preferring to keep to the "humble plan" he calls his lot in life."

In 1891, Fairweather died during a "curious" printing press incident.
