Lyle Grand

Lyle Grand was a private investigator looking into a particular relic in the shape of an apple and the three deaths it caused. He was known to use his skills as a medium to aid in his investigations.

Overview

β€œ It’s not that I want to know. I just think three good people is enough. ”
β€” Lyle Grand, speaking to Enoch

Drawn into the investigation by the murder of his friend Bob Jesten, the medium received most of his information through the ghost of Albert Wilson, whom Romito Manny Romito, one of the persons of interest of the case, unintentionally killed.

Given Jesten's, and thus the medium's, apparent connection to Davey and Enoch, the latter decided to aid Grand in his investigation. On confronting Romito and Wagner, Grand got the apple away from Wagner while Enoch secured it. Romito, shortly thereafter, fatally shot Grand. Unusually for mediums, he died without leaving behind a ghost.
