    • Reinhardt Tuten is shocked at the level of incompetence in the Organ Banks. "The staff here seems equally divided between sociopaths and incompetents." He remarks that the only one who may know how many organs come in and out is Catalanotto. Catalanotto "rules the place with an iron fist, which he uses primarily to scratch his own ass." He nearly assaulted a short-timer named Diaz for dropping and cracking a transfer container.[3]
