Masters of the Dance
The Masters of the Dance are group within House Balor that form liaisons with their kin, the Black Spiral Dancers and other Prodigals.
Overview

All of the Prodigal groups with whom the Masters keep in touch share similar goals. When the Balor Sidhe returned to earth, they looked for and found a group of humans whose dreams suited them so well they knew that they had to be former servants of House Balor's Fomorian ancestors. These individuals also served as breeding stock for the Black Spiral Dancers. Through Remembrance, ancient memories surfaced and the House realized the Dancers belonged to them as well. And so the Masters now pay regular visits to the caerns of the Dancers, share in their ceremonies and revels and even host them when the werewolves pass through their own territories. In this way they remind the Dancers of the oaths that once existed between the two peoples.
In the same way, the Masters seek out the Children of Lilith as they realize the vampires pull many of the strings in mortal society. They try to enlist the vampires' aid whenever possible in gaining advantages in the Waking Lands and they even have tacit permission from the house to sacrifice a dreamer or two from time to time to the vampires, though they prefer to give those claimed by the Seelie. Some Masters have found that the Children of Lilith can provide them with unusual types of Dark Glamour and have created a unique form of "Blood Dross" for storing the rare commodity.
Some Masters of the Dance have begun forging alliances with the creatures known as Fomori. While the house initially thought they were remnants of their Fomorian ancestors, they know suspect they are mistaken. However, these creatures still have great power that comes from their deformities and may yet prove invaluable in the battle House Balor will fight against all the other noble houses. The Masters are needed to bring in their strength.
Because their work takes them into "the field" often, Masters need Glamour regularly to ensure they don't succumb to Banality. Fomori, in particular, reek of Banality despite their supernatural natures. And so Masters often resort to Ravaging and have become experts on the practice.
The leader of the Dance is Lord Raghnall, an invaluable member of the House, who coordinates his agents from a secret freehold in the Kingdom of Grass.
