Mother's Kiss
The Mother's Kiss is one of the kinship powers of the Begotten. By shedding a small amount of blood, a Beast can direct a temporary surge of supernatural power to a nearby creature. The effect increases if this creature has the Family Ties condition, but it is less potent for already-powerful beings (based on their Supernatural Tolerance).
The Mother's Kiss does not work on the Unchained.
