Omphalos Stone

The omphalos stones were pieces of Pangaeans active during Neolithic times.

Overview

Initially given freely to the Vinča Wise by Bull and Bird, the omphalos stones stood at twice the height of the average human and provided significant benefits to spellcasting within their vicinity.[1] This utility meant that, as the Vinča spread, the Wise needed new stones for further settlements. As such, they entreated the Old Gods for further omphalos stones; when they were denied, they slew the gods and stole their souls.[2]

At some point, the Bull-People became aware of the existence of these stones and demanded that which came from Bull's heart.[3] The end result of this demand is unknown.
