Payton Oliver
Doctor Payton Oliver, one of the staff members of Bishopsgate Mental Asylum, is the attending physician treating the murderer Cameron Mueller. Little is definitively known about the doctor other than that he or she is very careful and wary, at least when dealing with Mueller. Unsurprising, considering that Mueller is a highly intelligent, cannibalistic serial killer who has outright admitted that his decision to turn himself in may have been a "[misinterpretation of] the omens".
