Philip Leonard
Philip Leonard, alias James Carver, is a man placed in the Witness Protection Program. He is currently located in the city of Bishopsgate.
Overview
A man whose testimony managed to put a Baltimore mobster in prison, "Carver" needed to start a new life so as to remain safe. To that end, he has picked up the life of the real James Carver, a little boy who died in a car accident at age fourteen. Unfortunately, this may put him in the cross-hairs of an investigation regarding John Heron, who may or may not have been involved in the boy's death.
