Raptor

The Raptor, the Exarch of Life, supervises the Sycorian Ministry. He promotes faith in natural law, unleavened by free will. The world is predator and prey, rot and renewal, and individuals are helpless to choose how they flow along the world’s life cycle. Instinct and resignation replace free will. Some hostile mages equate him with the Dark Mother of the Begotten. Her Seers promote "alpha male" behaviors and treating life as dominance games.

Prelacy

The Raptor grants the Crown of Instinct[1]. The character may ignore surrenders without spending Willpower, is immune to the Beaten Down Tilt and wound penalties and increases his own Doors in Social Maneuvering by his Life dots.
