Rends-by-Night

"Rends-by-Night: Few know him as Garou, and those who do call him "Rends-by-Night." Fewer still know him by his Black Spiral Dancer name of Ktharq. But many have heard of the terrible mass murderer that roams the Savage West, killing and evisercating humans, cattle, wolves and buffalo alike. None have been strong enough to stop this hideous monster, and almost none who have seen his malformed face have lived to tell about it.

Most presume that Rends-by-Night is insane; it's not a bad guess where any Black Spiral Dancer is concerned. But even if he is, he's still clever enough to outwit any pursuers, and strong enough to kill just about anyone who gets in his way. Worst of all, he's encouraged people to blame his hideous killings on "The Windingo," the terrible cannibal spirit of the North. This has been enough to get an entire tribe, the true Wendigo, to want him dead. Unfortunately, not even their finest warriors have succeeded in stopping Ktharq once and for all."
