Righteous Devils of Kowloon

The Righteous Devils of Kowloon were a Kuei-jin organization active in Hong Kong during the period of British rule.[1] Their current leader, Anguo Chung established a nonaggression pact with the Kindred of the city, which the Righteous Devils continued to honor after the resumption of Chinese rule in 1997.[2] This put them in conflict with the Flame Court of the Quincunx, which sought to actively exterminate foreign supernaturals in the territory as part of the Great Leap Outward. The war between the Righteous Devils and the Victorious Whirlwind dragged on for several years.[3]
