Rik Schaffer

Rik Schaffer is a composer who, between 1999 and 2003, produced hours of music for VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines . He's one half of Womb Music, which he operates with his partner Margaret Tang.

In 1996, Rik performed under the name Womb (after which the company was named), and released an album called Bella. Several tracks from Bella were altered and reused on the Bloodlines soundtrack:

• "Clean" (the Bloodlines version does not currently appear on either album)
• "Selfless Doubt" (which appears on More Music from the Vault as Track 18, "Poinsettia").
• "Golden Arms and Silver Charms" appears as a restored track, "Innocence Once Lost," which plays in the Chateau Marmont Hotel, and doesn't currently appear on either Bloodlines soundtrack.
