Sanctuary
Sanctuary, also referred to as the Citadel of the Moon, was a society of mortals and Uratha championed by the Walker of Paths and Red Gaze Shining, both of whom were acting under the direction of Warden Moon.
According to Luna's agents, the reason for Sanctuary's creation was an upcoming catastrophe for which she was preparing them. It is possible that said catastrophe was the collapse of Pangaea. Regardless, the ultimate fate of Sanctuary and its inhabitants is unknown.
