Walker of Paths
The Walker of Paths was a Forest-Wise who acted as a vessel for Luna in the Neolithic Era, sometime in the 5th millennium BCE. He lost himself in a place of shattered Time and subsequently traveled from village to village attempting to spur people into constructing a great Sanctuary.
The very presence of the Walker of Paths spread a virulent meme that inhibited victims' desire to leave said Sanctuary.
