Simon Milligan
Simon Milligan is a mortal who was a TV producer of the television show Haunted L.A.
Biography
Milligan lived in apartment 1 at the Skyeline Apartments in downtown Los Angeles. In late 2004, he and his film crew attempted to film in an abandoned hospital located downtown for his show Haunted L.A., only for them to be each killed and eaten by the Nagaraja vampire named Pisha, with Milligan surviving and escaping back to his apartment.[1]

- Milligan was a client of Hannah Glazer. Her only note on him was "God, I hate that guy," presumably because they lived in the same building. They had an appointment to meet on September 15, 2004.
- Milligan is likely a reference to Sir Simon Milligan (Kevin McDonald), who, with his manservant Hecubus, hosted their own talk show, The Pit of Ultimate Darkness on Kids in the Hall.
- There's an occasional bug when looking for Milligan in his apartment which prevents the cutscene from completing properly. You can tell if the bug will occur early on: if you open the closet door and Milligan is crouching, you're safe. If he's found standing up straight, then the cutscene bug will happen once dialogue is complete.
- Milligan's email username is "egon" and his password is "ectoplasm", indicating that he's a fan of the Ghostbusters franchise.
