Star Council
The Star Council is a sorcerous society that focuses on magic based around stolen technology purportedly from extraterrestrials or from stolen UFOs. The group did seize a Technocratic/extraterrestrial object during a 1961 raid on Area 51. The group's membership dropped during a dangerous trip to the Middle East, launched at the pleadings of the Thal'hun, in which many members were lost.
Background Information
In WOD: World of Darkness: Sorcerer , the Star Council is the leading faction of the Thal'hun. In MTAs: Sorcerer Revised , the Star Council is an umbrella organization that includes the Thal'hun and arcs over a number of different UFO-based groups.
