SunCo Gasoline is the name of an abandoned gas station with fuel storage tank in Santa Monica.
A nearby power line had been spliced and run into one of the empty storage tanks, powering a haven for Bertram Tung.
The fence surrounding the property has a lock with Difficulty 10, although it becomes unlocked once Sibling Rivalry is completed.

Background Information
- SunCo is never referred to by name in the game; Therese and Jeanette simply say Tung's hiding in an empty oil tank at the "old gas station." The SunCo name is found on bus stop maps and on a sign outside the property, however.
