The Eclipsed Sun
The Eclipsed Sun, also called "Crowning", is one of the Mokolé auspices. These very rare Mokolé are the unquestioned leaders of their people. They are born during a solar eclipse, or more rarely a lunar eclipse, and are considered royalty and divinely-appointed rulers by their people. Often mother Mokolé will try and have their children or clutches in time for an event such as this.
