Thomas St. Maur

Thomas St. Maur is a childe of "Amber" (most likely the Duke of Amber as he is sometimes simply called "Amber", though they could possibly be the Duchess of Amber), a grandchilde of the legendary Mithras. He corresponded with Victoria Ash, encouraging the uniting of the Ashirra and the Camarilla.[1]

Trivia

The name St. Maur is where the surname Seymour comes from. Thomas St. Maur could be a vampiric pseudonym for the historical figure Thomas Seymore, the brother of Jane Seymore, the third wife of Henry VIII.
