Tijuana is a city in Baja California, Mexico.

Vampire: The Masquerade

As the Sabbat’s staging ground against southern California, Tijuana holds a disproportionate number of Cainites. The high incidence of tourists and poverty-stricken neighborhoods allows the city to support more than its usual share of vampires. Bishop Cicatriz fights a two-front war, organizing War Parties to feel out the anarchs’ wartime defenses while simultaneously attempting to exert influence across the border into San Diego.[1] The necronomist philosopher Anisa Marianna Lopez is also based in this city.[2]

Wraith: The Oblivion

One of the many West Coast cities where the Black Steel Centipede Triad are well entrenched.[3] It's also home to Consuela DelaCruz, who from her mansion calls the shots in Mexico’s pigment producing operations.[4]
