Tracy (CofD)
Tracy, last name unknown, was a speech and language therapist and a co-worker of Steven Young at the Warren Whalen Mental Asylum. She died in a car accident during a storm, having skidded off the road and into a tree. According to Young's patient Angie, her death was orchestrated by the Administration, a shadowy group that kept track of the staff and patients for some unknown purpose.
