  • Holotype: ZFMK 82920, adult ♀, collected by local people on 16 June 2003.
  • Type locality: “adjacent to Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, Dan Hoa Commune, Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province, Vietnam, in a limestone cave of primary forest”.
