- Type locality: Iran: Moist oak forest at Mah Parviz in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, 30° 37' 14" N, 51° 39' 0" E.
- Holotype: HNHM / 16956. Leg. R. Latif, 2010-03-29.
- Paratypes: 1, HNHM / 16957; 3, ZUTC 1134.
- Eponymy: in honour of Masoumeh Malek.
