    • Lectotype: C.L. Ledermann 10005 (in flower, December 1912; L 0013572(JSTOR) [designated by van Welzen 1989; ex B]; ⧼Isolectotypi⧽: K [K000701670(JSTOR), ex B], M-0225214(JSTOR)).
    • Syntypes: C.L. Ledermann 8500 (quite young buds; K [K000701669(JSTOR), ex B], M-0225215(JSTOR)) et Ledermann 11456 (not seen by van Welzen).
      • Note: Radlkofer presented two more syntypes, i.e. Ledermann 10365 and Ledermann 10365a, both conspecific with Cnesmocarpon dasyantha (Radlk.) Adema and the former one being the type of its basionym Guioa dasyantha.
  • Type locality: Nordöstl. Neu-Guinea [= Northeastern PAPUA NEW GUINEA]. Kaiserin-Augusta-Fluß-Exp.:
    • Lectotypus: im montanen Walde auf dem Lordberge, 1000 m ü. M.
    • 8500 & 11456: im montanen Walde auf der Hunsteinspitze, 1300–1350 m ü. M.
