John Alan Elix (Elix) and Jen Johnston (J.Johnst.) were the coauthors of many new species of Australian lichens in the genera: Canoparmelia, Flavoparmelia, Paraparmelia, Parmelina, Relicina, Relicinopsis, and Xanthoparmelia.
