  • Typus: O. Kersting 562 (January 1908; Holotypus: B [destroyed]).
  • Type locality: TOGO. Bez. Sokodé-Basari.

Notes

  • Bouka Dipelet et al. (2017) evade even placing this taxon anywhere due to destruction of the type specimen in Berlin and absence of its isotype in any other herbaria, while Hutchinson, Dalziel & Keay (1954–1958) had cited this taxon as a synonym of Khaya grandifoliola.
