- Holotype: FMNH 55871, adult indet., collected by a Lolo on 10 July 1942.
- Type locality: “Lolokou [= Jiafanggou], Chaochiaohsien [= Zhaojue County], Sikang [now part of Sichuan], 10000 feet altitude”, China.
