Megascapheus baileyi (Merriam, 1901)
- Holotype: USNM 18256 (= USNM A25159), adult ♀, skin and skull, collected by Vernon Orlando Bailey on 28 December 1889.
- Type locality: “On plain east of Sierra Blanca, railway station at junction of Texas Pacific and Southern Pacific Railroads, [Hudspeth County], Texas”.
