Holotype: SOU 1801010-7 (CL3084-7), ♂, 74.9 mm SL, collected by J.H. Lan in May 2020.
Type locality: “an unnamed stream of a tributary of the Hongshui River, upper reaches of the Xijiang River of the Pearl River basin; Lihong Village (24°26.21'N, 106°26.72'E; c. 870 m a.s.l.), Yuhong Town, Lingyun County, Baise City, Guangxi, China”.
