Philander canus (Osgood, 1913)
- Holotype: FMNH 19347, subadult ♂, skin and skull, collected by M.P. Anderson, Malcolm Playfair Anderson and Wilfred Hudson Osgood on 4 August 1912.
- Type locality: “Moyobamba, Peru”.
