- Holotype: CPZ-UV 9191, adult ♂, collected by Wilmar Bolívar and Adolfo Amézquita in July 2023.
- Type locality: “Colombia, Valle del Cauca, municipality of Bolívar, valley of the Garrapatas river, 4.43°, -76.43°, 700 m elevation, riverine rainforest, amidst the leaf litter”.
