Syntypes: Two slides 1/1993 and 2/1993 of protargol-impregnated intestinal smears of Kalotermes sinaicus; deposited in the 'Oberösterreichische Landesmuseum', Linz, Austria.
Host: Kalotermes sinaicus Kemner
Type locality: coastal zones of the Mediterranean Sea of the peninsula of Sinai, Israel (E 35°, N 32°).
